What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard or direct payment through PayPal.

Do you sell Gift Cards or Gift Certificates?

Yes, we certainly do. You can buy your Gift Card here. The gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout on our online store. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees and no expiration dates.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship everywhere in Canada and United States with Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves Canada, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way. Please note we are not responsable for any error in the shipping address provided at checkout.

What does shipping cost?

Add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price. Postal/zip code is required to get accurate shipping price. Order over 150$ CAD ships free in Canada.  

If you reside outside Canada, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees, which are charged by your local postal services once your package reaches your country. Kollontaï does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice, which you are responsible for. If those fees remain unpaid for too long, your order will be returned to sender and won't be reimbursed.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time varies. Canadian orders are usually delivered in 3 to 8 business days. Please allow 2 business days for shipment preparation.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Canada Post tracking link. Please allow 24hrs for the link to activate. Once the packages leaves Canada, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way. Returns et exchanges

How do I proceed to exchange or return an item? What are the conditions?

We will exchange or reimburse any purchase with which you are unsatisfied if merchandise is returned within 10 days. The original tag must be on the item, which must not show any signs of having been altered or washed. We reserve the right to deny any exchange or credit for items that are not returned in their original condition or within 10 days following their delivery.
